Get to Know Me
Elise is a high school freshman who's been playing soccer since she was five. These days, you’ll find her on the right wing (or occasionally up top as a striker) for her varsity high school team in the fall and year-round Girls Academy club soccer.
She may not remember loving the sport at first, but she’ll never forget those Sundays: pulling on her red Lower Merion Soccer Club jersey, rolling up her navy socks, and heading to practice with her dad. What started as a weekly routine became something meaningful—especially for her parents, who grew up in Poland where girls didn’t often get the chance to play 'football.' Through soccer, Elise found a connection to their story and her own.
Elise is passionate about the game, but equally about what it takes to fuel and protect a young female athlete’s body. Proper nutrition powers performance, solid sleep and rest drive recovery, and smart preparation minimizes injury risk so she can keep enjoying every moment on the field.
Born in the U.S. and raised in a Polish household, Elise is bilingual and deeply connected to her culture—especially in the kitchen. Cooking alongside her mom taught her that food is fuel, but also a way to explore the world. Now, she’s excited to share her favorite recipes, go-to supplements, and simple wellness tips while continuing to grow both on and off the field.
For her, soccer and food are more than interests—they’re bridges between cultures, generations, and who she’s becoming. Join the journey!
