Here's what i eat 3 hours before a game, 1 hour before, and right before!
Here's me enjoying a post game poke bowl: brown rice, edamame, avocado, cucumber, carrots, tuns & salmon ,and finally a drizzle of sauce for flavor. Good mix of quality carbs, protein, and healthy fats. Yummy.
